About Spirian
A growing trade business deserves a real operations team.
Most HVAC owners are brilliant at the work and buried by the business around it. The fix has always existed — a great operations manager, a data analyst, a systems person — but no $1M trade business can afford to hire all three. Spirian is built to be that team, for a fraction of the cost.
The founder
I'm Leo Mitchell. I started Spirian because I kept seeing the same thing in trade businesses: the phone rings, the work's there, the owner's working flat out — and money is quietly walking out the back door. Missed calls no one returns. Quotes that go cold. Past customers nobody calls. Numbers nobody can actually see.
None of that is a tools problem. It's an operations problem. And operations is exactly the thing a busy owner-operator never has time to build. So I build it for them — and then I run it.
Right now Spirian is me. That's deliberate. I'd rather do a handful of businesses properly than spread thin across hundreds. When you work with Spirian today, you work with the person who built it and answers for the result.

Where we stand
Clear about what this is.
What Spirian is
- An operations and growth partner, run for you
- Focused on one trade — HVAC — done properly
- Priced against the cost of a hire, not software
- A small book of clients we can genuinely transform
What it isn't
- A marketing agency — we don't chase new leads
- A SaaS tool you have to learn and run yourself
- A ServiceM8 setup consultant who leaves after install
- A call centre or a generic AI receptionist
Why it works this way
We sell the outcome, not the technology. Sell someone a tool and it's worth less every year as better tools appear. Sell them the result — more jobs, less chaos, clearer numbers — and every improvement in the technology just makes their business better.
That's why Spirian is a service, not a subscription. You're not buying access to software. You're hiring a team to produce a result and stay accountable for it.
Hand me the boring half of your business. Go do the work.
Fifteen minutes, no demo, no slide deck. Just a straight look at what your business is leaving on the table — and whether I can fix it.
